Is it really free to join?
Yes. There is no subscription fee or signup cost. You earn commissions purely on performance.
How do I get paid?
Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect directly to your bank account. There is a $50 minimum payout threshold and a 14-day hold period on each commission.
How long does the referral cookie last?
30 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up within 30 days, you get credit for the referral.
What plans earn me a commission?
All paid plans: Essential ($49 = $19.60 commission), Pro ($99 = $39.60), and Crisis ($149 = $59.60). The free plan does not earn a commission.
Can I use my own referral link?
No. Self-referrals are blocked and violate the affiliate terms. Commissions from self-referrals will be reversed.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
The commission is reversed. If it was already paid out, a negative balance is applied to your future commissions.
